Replacement of existing single glazed metal windows to Podium and Tower areas as well as stair cores and lift lobbies. New windows fabricated from Technal MX curtain walling system incorporating concealed vents and aerofoil cappings. Double glazed units included an outer leaf of toughened Antelio Emerald glass. Replacement shopfronts were fitted on the ground floor, London Road elevation using a bolted glass system which incorporated automatic swing entrance doors, soffits and sloping glass roofs. Automated roller shutters were also installed as part of the works.
