This existing building in Leeds city centre was refurbished to create prime office and retail space.

The main feature of the refurbishment was the introduction of a structural glass box and screen along its front elevation. Glass fins and steel posts provide support for a 12m high wall of bolted glass, modernising the building and providing high spec retail and office meeting rooms.
